Home Base

I’m glad I have Tante Rita’s place as home base. It’s good to be in Rheinstetten and have some down time. There are no expectations. Everyone just does there own thing…no need for sightseeing…no need for visiting. It’s easy just to go into Karlsruhe on my own and go shopping. I did a bunch of Christmas shopping there. The atmosphere was beautiful there, the hustle and bustle, the dark and the lights. Sometimes I drop in on my friends Kirsten and Georg and children. It’s like being at home. And then it’s really great to be on the road again. Rodney gladly drove me to the train station in his very screechy car.
